OK CORRAL Grand National Show
Important Vendor Information
 
All Vendor Registration Forms and payment must be received by July 1, 2012. No exceptions.
 
Your booth will be assigned and verification mailed to you after payment for space, Tax ID or SS number, and insurance verification are received by the Oklahoma Mustang club. Any merchandise sold on site that contains any Ford owned logos, trademarks, and company names must be sold only by Ford Motor Company licensed vendors. No food or beverages can be sold by any vendors. Electricity is not available for booths. Booths may be set up on Thursday, August 30th. There will be private security for Thursday night with 2 armed security guards. They are scheduled from 7 PM Thursday night to 7:00 AM Friday morning. Booths must be set up by Noon on Friday August 31st. No booths are to be taken down before Noon on Sunday September 2nd. You will be assigned a 15' X 30' space when you arrive at the show site. No cars, vans, or vehicles of any kind may be used to assist in displaying your merchandise without prior approval. Booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. This is a rain or shine event. No Refunds. Please read the agreement on the Vendor Registration Form.
