| Sandra Boleware's 2003 Mustang GT | |

I have fallen completely in love with Mustangs. My first
Mustang was a 1998 Mustang, V6, automatic, not much to
drive but great to look at. Unfortunately, it was heavily
damaged in a terrible hail storm. I drove it for a few
more months, then one day I took it in to the dealer for
an oil change, and while I waited I test drove the new
2003 Mustang GTs. Bad mistake, was the most costly oil
change of my life. I shopped around and couldnt
find the configuration that I really wanted, until David
Stanleys own 2003 GT became available. With only
2400 miles and already setup with a performance chip, I
fell hard for this car. I haggled and walked away
numerous times, until finally 90 days later, we met in
the middle and I bought his car. I have never enjoyed owning a car more. I have shown it in Mustang car shows, recently I raced at the Sheriffs track in Midwest City and took 3 - 1st place finishes for my group. And was a proud participant in the LibertyFest parade in Edmond, 2007. Someone once told me I needed a hobby, I found not only a hobby but also a love of my life. And Im looking to increase my stable with at least two more. Have my eye on a 90 model to strip down, and muscle up since Ive acquired the racing fever. Since Im somewhat of a purist, the only modifications that I have made so far is to put Magnaflow exhaust on it, and installed some really awesome retro glo-gauges. But my sequential taillights are on the way, and have started shopping for some improvements for more horsepower. My GT doesnt need any exterior improvements, it is beautiful AS IS. Thanks to the Oklahoma Mustang Club and The Mustang Club of America for a great organization, and giving me a chance to do something I love. |
