Our  68 Mustang was purchased in 1976 for our oldest daughter to drive to school.  She drove it for 2 years and then our son took over.  He didn"t like th color yellow so he had it painted blue.  He drove it 2 years to high school and then 4 years to college at OSU coming home every week end.  Next was our youngest daughter.  She drove it 2years of high school and 2 years of college at Miami, Ok.  She didn't like the color blue so she painted it maroon.  We parked it in the barn for it to rust for about 6 years until I decided to restore it in 1998.  I replaced both front fenders new front end new brakes wheel cylinders and master cylinder, new flow master exhaust system,hood and trunk floor pads headliner bumpers and 15x7 tires and wheels. I was 2nd owner on this car and it had app 50,000 miles then but now has 130,000 on same motor.  I have thought of changing the motor and probably will in the future.
