To my knowledge, Dick Koch at Pure Power Motorsports (purepowermotorsports@gmail.com) -- who supplied 3 of us with copies of the Shadrach quarter window scoop -- did so on a custom basis, so only 3 new pairs of scoops were produced.  He may be receptive to doing another order, though. As they come, they are not functional, but can be made fnctional by cutting out the front block-off to the scoop (which other manufacturers usually cover with a black patterned plastic to make look like a grill).  The opening can be either left open like that or a real metal grill can be inserted (which is what I will be doing).

To make the scoop fully functional requires cutting a hole that vents the scoop into the car interior.  a flange can be bonded over that hole that allows you to run a flexible hose to either the rear brakes or to a differential oil cooler (see interior pics attached).  In the photos, a really ugly orange hose is used.  If I were to do this, I would use a black hose. For now, my own plan is to open up the front of the scoop, insert a real grill, and drill a hole and mount a flange on the interior -- but with a block-off plate, so that I can keep the interior looking near stock.  If I then get the bug to go racing (or can think of a cleaner way to route the plumbing) I may make the scoops fully functional by adding a hose. The quality is reasonably good, but there is a slight variation in the shape of the scoop opening from one side to the other.

Seen independently, both look fine but, seen side by side, the opening on one is about an 1/8" wider -- enough so that if you make a grill for one side, you can't simply make a duplicate from it for the other -- you would have to cut the other to fit that 2nd  scoop.  Had I known about this earlier, it would not have kept me from buying the scoops.

If there is any additional info I can provide, please don't hesitate to drop me a note -- I would be happy to share any info I have. re: installing metal grills.  I also bought the Ford CS/Shelby SS brake scoops which come with faux plastic block offs, made to look like scoop openmings.  I am going to have these cut out and replaced with the same style metal grill as I use in the qtr. window scoops.  I also intend to make them funtional body cutting a holw through the body on each side, mounting a flange to connect a hose, and the run that hose to the rear brakes (I plan to run the qtr window scoops to a differential oil cooler eventually).
